CASAC-T 教育al Core II (Microcredential)
The CASAC-T is the recognized credential for those who wish to work in New York State as a substance abuse counselor.
The CASAC-T 教育al Core II microcredential focuses on providing advanced skills in chemical dependency treatment and provides you with an internship in an approved OASAS setting and seminar.
The internship will consist of 168 hours which can be applied to the required clock hours needed for the CASAC licensing exam. The experience further assists students in developing professionalism while working in the parameters of a licensed treatment facility. 学生s will further develop skills related to assessments, intakes and treatment planning.
