Journalism and Media Studies (Microcredential)

The nine-credit Journalism and Media Studies microcredential is for students who want to explore a career as a communications professional and the basic techniques for communicating in a variety of media.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon the completion of this microcredential, students will be able to:

• Practice common newsgathering methods, using journalistic 道德, and compose and edit newsworthy news copy and images appropriate for various media.
