For your child’s safety and optimal learning experience, please honor the age requirements listed for each program.

 Children may receive medication during camp if the following procedures are followed:

• A licensed health care provider must order all medications, in writing (ex: physician, dentist). 书面命令将包括孩子的名字, 给药剂量和时间, 终止日期, 还有副作用.
• All medications must be in a pharmacy-labeled bottle or original manufacturer’s container.
• No medication is to be transported to or from camp by the student. A parent/guardian or their adult designee must bring medication to the nurse, trainer or camp staff.
• The parent or guardian must provide consent in writing for the camp to carry out the physician’s order.

Please drop off your child no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of their activity/ class. 学生s arriving earlier will not be supervised and parents must accept full responsibility for their behavior and safety.

A 100 percent refund will be given if a written request is received by the Office of Community, 专业及劳动力发展 prior to the start of the camp for which your child is enrolled. After the first class meeting, a 25 percent refund will be given once a written request is received. After the second class, no refunds will be given.

注意,父母! When we register your child for 校园里的孩子 programs, a student record is created for them at 哈德逊山谷社区学院. If they are a new student, after registration your child will receive two envelopes from the college. One will contain a username and the second a password. This username and password will allow a student to access the 哈德逊山谷社区学院 email and flexible registration system for online registration. If your child is returning and you no longer have their username and password, 请给我们办公室打电话.
